Nothing grows
where nothing
was planted.

Not the year. Not the plan. The seed. Everything you are living inside right now started as one small thing somebody put down on purpose.

The idea

You already know this about a garden. Nobody stands over bare dirt and waits.

But we do it everywhere else. We wait to feel better. We wait to feel clear. We wait for the house to feel like ours.

Waiting is not a season. It is just bare dirt with a nicer name.

So this is small on purpose. Three plots. One seed each. You do not have to work all three at once, and the first one you touch is usually the one that gets easiest to keep.

The three plots
Plot one

Your body

Tired is not a personality. It is a signal, and most of us were never taught to read it.

Plot two

Your mind

You have been repeating a sentence about yourself for years. Somebody handed it to you. You can hand it back.

Plot three

Your home

A house is where you sleep. A home is a room that agrees with you. That difference is built, not bought.

How this works

Small, on purpose

Nobody changes their whole life on a Tuesday. That is not discipline. That is a story people tell after it already worked.

What actually moves is one small thing you can do again tomorrow.

Pick a plot. Plant one thing. Come back.
